runtime-grid provides professional audio equipment repair, restoration, and calibration services. Our services include but are not limited to:
All equipment submitted for service undergoes a diagnostic assessment. A diagnostic fee applies, which is credited toward repair costs if you proceed with the recommended repairs. If you choose not to proceed, the diagnostic fee is payable for the assessment work completed.
Following diagnostic assessment, we provide a detailed quotation for recommended repairs. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
No repair work proceeds without your explicit written or email authorisation. By authorising work, you agree to the quoted costs and estimated timeframe. We will contact you if additional work is identified that would materially affect the quotation.
Repairs carried out by runtime-grid are warranted for twelve months from the date of completion. This warranty covers:

Equipment may be delivered to our workshop by appointment or collected via courier. We arrange insured courier collection upon request. Free collection is available for repairs estimated over £500.
We take reasonable care of equipment in our possession but recommend maintaining your own insurance until equipment is returned to you.
Equipment must be collected or delivery arranged within 60 days of repair completion notification. Storage fees may apply after this period. Equipment unclaimed after 180 days may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact you.
